I created a prototype for a SaaS product for a CRM provider in Figma.
Key steps involved in the process:
I gathered requirements from the client. This included understanding their needs and goals for the product.
I created wireframes. Wireframes are low-fidelity sketches of the product's interface. They helped me to visualize the layout and flow of the product without getting bogged down in the details.
I created high-fidelity mockups. Mockups are high-quality prototypes of the product's interface. They gave me a better sense of how the product will look and feel.
I involved the client in the design process throughout. This helped to ensure that the final product met their needs and expectations.
I got feedback from users. Once I had a prototype of the product, I got feedback from users. This helped me to identify any areas that needed improvement.
I iterated on the design. Once I had feedback from users, I iterated on the design. This meant making changes and improvements based on the feedback.
I deployed the product. Once I was happy with the design, I deployed the product.
